At Billy's Boer Meat Goat Farm, LLC, we are excited to offer USDA Certified and South Carolina Grown Certified select Chevon Cuts (Goat Meat). Goat Meat is high in protein and lower in fat, calories, saturated fat, and cholesterol than chicken, beef, pork, or lamb.

We are conveniently located within 2 hours of Atlanta, Georgia and Charlotte, North Carolina with Greenville, South Carolina in between.

There is a difference between dairy, fiber, and meat goats; we raise only Boer Meat Goats. Meat goats were specifically developed for their quick growth and massive muscling to deliver optimum flavor. Our forage, grass fed goats are pasture raised in a humane, natural environment without hormones, antibiotics, or animal by-products.

We process at a maximum weight of 125 pounds, which provides the most tender cuts. Each cut is shrink wrapped in clear packaging for easy identification and visual inspection. It is flash frozen and maintained at minus 10 degrees in our commercial freezer.

To order some of our supreme quality Chevon or Cabrito, visit our website or give us a call. You will be amazed at the quality!  We ship to all lower 48 states and delivery is available to Atlanta, Charlotte, and Greenville.

Butter Patch Jerseys and Jersey Thyme Farm, a working family operation established in 1981, is now taking orders for Red Poll and Black Angus pastured beef. These steers are noted for their natural tenderness and marbling. They have been pastured on succulent forages and have never received steroids, antibiotics, or hormone supplements.

You can purchase a whole, half or quarter beef that has been processed and vacuum sealed at a USDA inspected facility. We also offer whole Grade A raw milk from our herd of registered Jersey milk cows, brown eggs from free-range chickens, and a few lambs will be available this spring.

You can be assured that the food you purchase from us has been produced naturally and humanely—no confinement housing. Our quality guarantee is this: We don't sell any food that we would not allow our grandchildren to eat.

Caw Caw Creek Pastured Pork is proud to introduce to today's markets the delicious flavor of the pastured pork that your grandparents knew and loved. Our production is different from most other pig farms:

  • Our pigs are allowed to roam freely, socialize, and engage in instinctive pig behaviors such as rooting, wallowing, and foraging.
  • Our sows are not crated. Instead they give birth naturally and express their maternal behavior by building nests.
  • We rotate our pigs through the pasture and the woods. The have free access to water and feed in their paddocks.
  • There are no animal by-products in our feed.
  • No hormones or routine antibiotics are given to our pigs.
  • Our farm has no waste issues, no waste lagoons. Manure is returned to the soil where it builds fertility.
  • Our pork is selected for a high percentage of intramuscular fat, like a choice steak. Regular pork is dry and flavorless. Our pork is the other RED meat!

Visit our website for more information or give us a call. We ship all across the USA.

Chuckwagon Beef Company, the CW brand, has been in operation in the low country of South Carolina for nearly 20 years now. We are Joan and Scott Justice, founders of the CW; with our four daughters we operate our ranch using natural, humane and environmentally sustainable practices. Most importantly, we live on the ranch and the CW is our way of life, not just a business.

Our temperate climate and long growing season gives our animals access to lush, year-round grazing. This enables us to produce superior beef and lamb that is raised totally on pasture—grass-fed the way nature intended.   Our breeding program using all Angus bulls and predominately angus cows,  produce calves who are well suited for our grass-fed program.

Our cattle are never more than 22 months old when they go to our processor.  There, in a USDA inspected, South Carolina facility, the meat is dry-aged for more than 3 weeks—far longer than most of the beef you are used to eating. Likewise, our lambs are never more than 10 months old when they are processed, also in the USDA facility using the same dry-aging process.

To order some of our high quality beef or lamb, visit our website or give us a call. Let the Justice family and the CW be your source for healthy beef and lamb.

Crusader Farms offers pastured chickens and turkeys, lamb, eggs from free-range birds, and beef from cattle that are a Scottish Highlander/Shorthorn cross. (The Highland/Shorthorn cross won the top prize at the Denver National Stock Show 21 out of 25 years.)

The basic tenet of Crusader farms is to "have as near to perfect soil as possible…" This means that our cattle, sheep, chickens and turkeys will make the best gain on fresh forage, and we will not have to feed them grains and fillers.

Greenbrier Farms raises beef cattle that are a Senepol/Angus cross, resulting in natural tenderness and great taste. The meat is not only free-range, it's free of animal by-products, growth hormones and antibiotics. The meat is dry-aged 14 days.

The owners, John and Joyce Palmer, have brought in llamas to guard their cattle and goats to control their weeds so that you enjoy beef that is herbicide free.

Oaklyn Plantation Free Range Chicken and Beef is pleased to offer pastured chickens and turkeys and grassfed beef. We ship our products to most parts of the United States but it is most economical for the eastern half of the country.

Given the climate of the southeast we are able to raise our product year round. Our cattle are born and raised on the farm and are mostly Hereford, Angus and now with a little Jersey mixed in. The poultry receive a ration of grains (primarily non-GM) and a vitamin mix based on Kelp meal and some fish meal for protein. They get no antibiotics, coccidiostats or artificial growth promotants.

Visit our website or call us. Farm visits are by appointment only.

Old Paths Farm is committed to the goal of producing the world's best food—food that is nutritious, delicious and reasonably priced--in a manner that protects, nurtures and improves the land we're blessed to farm.

In pursuit of that goal, we use no chemical fertilizers, animal hormones or pesticides of any kind in production of pastured broilers and laying hens, salad bar beef, turkeys, pigs and garden vegetables. Customers may order fresh beef, pork, chicken and turkey, seasonally, or stop by the farm year-round for frozen goods, baked items, and other family-produced wares. We welcome visitors to the farm, and can arrange tours in advance. No Sunday calls or visits, please.

We view our farm as much a ministry as a profitable business. We want to provide what our customers can't get anywhere else, namely locally-produced food that's fit to eat and that supports the rejuvenation and continuation of the family farm for the generations to come.

Sharon Rose Farm is a small family farm which prides itself on producing the best possible pasture-raised beef, lamb, pork, poultry, potatoes, cornmeal and wheat berries, raised in a healthy, natural, controlled environment that honors our Creator, our land and our customers.

During the growing season our beef and sheep are rotated to fresh paddocks daily. The laying hens are moved every other day and are free to roam, scratch and peck. The pastured broilers are raised May through October in portable huts that are also moved daily to fresh, clean pasture.

However, because of our small size, supplies may be limited. But we are doing our best to increase production without sacrificing quality.

The Sharon Rose Farm is located just five miles off I-85 and eight miles off I-26 in the Upstate of South Carolina so we're easy to find.

Talley Valley Farm is located near the headwater of the Saluda watershed on the banks of the South Saluda River. This pristine mountain valley has been in our family for 4 generations and is the setting for our grass based farming system. Our farming operation focuses on three main criteria:

  1. Be ever improving stewards of the land, waterways, and associated ecosystem;
  2. Be dedicated to the humane treatment and welfare of our animals;
  3. Provide our customers with the safest, tastiest, and healthiest food products possible.

Our grass fed Black Angus beef is hormone-free, antibiotic-free, young, lean and tender. The animals are grazed on fresh grass and hay produced on our farm. The beef is USDA inspected, dry aged, and vacum packaged. We offer various quantities for purchase from 10–12 pound weekend party packages to whole beefs. We also offer fresh free-range brown eggs and free-range poultry.

We enjoy our rural heritage and roots. Like many areas of the country this is fast disappearing in upstate South Carolina. Thus we encourage visits from customers and parties interested in preserving agrarian lifestyles.

As our farm evolves we may be offering other products. Contact us and if we cannot provide you with the product you desire we may be able to recommend others.
