Pu’u O Hoku Ranch is located on the remote east end of Molokai Island, the least developed of the Hawaiian Islands. This scenic ranch is located on 14,000 acres, which is comprised of a 15 acre farm, 2500 acres of range and pasture land, and the balance being wooded watershed and mountain slopes. We also have a beautiful lodge and several cottages available for retreats, seminars, conferences, and vacationing in a private paradise.

The cattle operation is 100% grass-fed, certified organic, uses homoepathics for cattle health, and incorporates biodynamics. Our beef eat only pasture forage and minerals essential for their good health. We emphasize grass-based genetics and we raise our own calves until they are individually selected for harvest. Special management is invested in the finishing of cattle on our lush grasses to ensure a high quality product.

We accompany our cattle to the federally-inspected abattoir to minimize stress and be sure they are treated respectfully for their entire life. Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days for added tenderness and flavor. Beef is available by the cut or in bulk and custom cutting is available. We also organically grow bananas, papayas, ‘awa, and taro.
